I posted earlier about this amazing and very remote place. We only spent 18 hours there on the way to Niue, but we had a great time feeding a big bull shark that came to visit us, and it was an intense feeling being anchored in the middle of 
the ocean. We had to move on quickly to avoid being hit by some very bad weather that was coming our way though.
